If you speak spanish especially in Miami you will see that the things we say are OUT of this world. I had a friend ask me to translate something she heard in spanish and asked "Why do Cubans always talk about flies?"

So below you will find a few TRANSLATION & meanings to some very popular spanish sayings:

It's my motha f'ing birthday! I turn the big 29! Last year of my twenties ya'll

I will be keeping it classy tonight - dinner with my brother and then Saturday its the real FUN stuff! A BAR CRAWL!!!! Lets see how my body handles alcohol now that I am on a Healthy Eating Body Cleanse in which I have not consumed not an ounce of alcohol in 11 days! Not that I am alcoholic but my liver needs some sort of a warm up!

Down & Dirty

Guess who is alive...it's ya' GURL! Man O' Man have I been busy with LIFE.

Allow me to fill you in on whats been going on wit cha gurl'

- Since January I have lost 11lbs (working out and sort of kind of watching what I eat)
- I went to Utah & snowboarded like a champ (not sure if it was mentioned in my last post)
- I broke up with LA Fitness and now am a Bally's girl only because they offer ZUMBA classes. If you don't know about it then you need to get with it. Being a "So You Think You Can Dance" champ in my own mind how can I not love ZUMBA? Its an hour cardio that involves all forms of dance (salsa, bachata, samba, booty shaking...you name it) On average its estimated in an hour you can burn about 475 calories. I am so in love with the class that I may consider becoming certfieid to become a ZUMBA instructor!
- I started Pole Fitness classes too and all I have to say is that the "Booty Clap" ain't easy
- I Ran my first 5k run/race, the MUD RUN it was AWESOME. I have BJ knees to prove it. All scraped up its sexy! I plan to make runs and marathons a habit if not for the health benefits but OMG talk about HOTT guys. I always find myself in places here in Miami wondering where the HOTT guys are. Well I now know they are at marathons.

The things I come up with when I am drunk BLOW my mind!

I had a quick minute and thought I would share........
And my sharing will now turn into a FULL POST!!!! I got an instant urge of inspiration!
I haven't blogged not because there hasn't been anything to BLOG about but I haven't been inspired at allllllllllllllll!

Recently my inspiration has been getting my FAT ASS in shape! I started off with walking four miles almost daily - then I said let me jog a little. FYI I hate running! Why because it's always been uncomfortable due to the Tig-Ol-Bitties! In the past few weeks I have actually impressed myself by running half a mile and dieing to running 2 miles and feeling like I might die.
In 3 weeks I have shed 7lbs and have been taking before/after pics ::DISCLAIMER:: My results aren't like those of Hydrocycut yet but slowly inching my way there. I mean not having PANTY burn for over 2 weeks means I have trimmed in the waist line!
My usual routine now is 3.5 miles fast pace walking and a little over a mile of jogging.
I feel great! Especially because I have set a goal to be in a marathon by the end of the year. I gave up on making my WEIGHT which is just a # be my goal. Even though I will admit I weigh myself religiously and am obsessed with seeing that # get lower :)

My current obsession is Grey's Anatomy. I know it came out in 2005 but I am now watching it, thanks to Netflix INSTANT movie watching! I have been crashing every night after 1 am because I can't stop. I am half way through season 2 - there are 27 episodes!!! I am excited to catch up to its current day episodes.

Wow I definitely wrote more than I anticipated....bon voyage suckers!
Won't be making any meaningless statements like "I should be blogging more...blah blah blah"

In my day (being 1982 - 1992) The IT toys I owned and my mom made sure to get me were:

Anything Barbie, The Susie Scribble Doll, Cabbage Patch dolls, Rainbow Brite stuff, My Little Pony, Wuzzies, Heman and Shera, Gem....I can go on and on.

I had a younger brother and witnessed the Power Ranger, Ninja Turtle and Barney Craze. I even slightly witnessed the whole ELMO craziness.

If you don't have kids or are around kids you probably don't know much about whats IN.

I find it interesting how there are certain celebrities who have become famous just for being famous.

With that being said I would trade places any day with any of the Kardashian girls ... well maybe not Kourtney because I wouldn't be able to deal with DUMBASS SCOTT!

I love all three sisters and if I could be morphed into a DASH girl I would like the following:

If I can't get any of the above can I at least get their hair....or paycheck?

The Day AFTER I STUFFED MY FACE Day

So today is the day after Thanksgiving and I am at work ::Waaaaaaaa::

I had an early start to my day. I have been up since 3 am and I am on 2 hours of sleep! Meaning in a few hours I am going to be a complete JOY!

I have been up since 3 to join in on the BLACK FRIDAY madness.

I was a girl on a mission!

On my LIST of must gets was a 5pc luggage set on sale from $180 to $38.88 at JC PENNY! It's not like Faaaaaaan-cy but dude $38.88 for a 5 piece luggage set....c'mon it was a steal. I also went to accompany a co-worker of mine who given the MALL's location wanted a partner in crime. See Cutler Ridge Southland Mall is not in the bestest neighborhood. Lets just say

"Hide ya kids, Hide ya wife & Hide ya husbands because they jacking everyone in C.R"

But the memories I have of Old Cutler ridge Mall. She was home to Burdines, Mervins, those play areas that were just sunken carpet sections, the arcade that smelled of feet, crayons and popcorn.

So I am here dreading work.....I have a TON of work but DUDE it's the day after thanksgiving, I am on 2 hours of sleep and all I can think about is we leave early and I want to go back to the mall.

It's the pits man!

BUT I mean on the bright side I leave work at 3, I have a girls movie night, and I have some free time on my hands this weekend to accomplish a bunch of stuff (clean, blog, organize, & DO WHAT I WANT)

This year I had NO INTENTIONS of dressing up , but last minute some close friends of mine sent out an EVITE (Monday to be exact) saying that in 5 days they were throwing a Halloween Costume Party!

YOU BET that Excitement kicked in but shortly after I was hit with PANIC!

5 days to put together a costume!?!?

HOLY MOTHER!

You see I am a planner. Especially when it comes to costumes and dressing up. I hate doing things last minute. I didn't want to HALF ass a costume. I mean I came up with some pretty cool ideas but still they were lame and BORING when I really thought about it. I also know that when things are left for last minute you end up paying whatever $$$ to have a somewhat COOL ORIGINAL costume.

I made a trip last night to Walmart which was unsuccessful :(

THEN the stars aligned for me this morning and I made a trip to Party City first thing this morning. THEY OPENED at 8:30 today! THANK GOODNESS!

There were only 3 people in the store. I had all the associates in the store help me (maybe its because I am showing off some cleavage? Who knows)

ANYWAY so we roamed the aisles and the associates were very willing to climb ladders and agree with all my COSTUME ideas

And I have narrowed it down to the following:

I do a good impression of both so either way it should be funny!

3- Jason Taylor my EX BF left the Doplhins to go the Jets. Talk about a BIG TIME WTF!!!!

I am extremely excited because one I Heart football and I will be at the game! That's right BABY!!! Me and 20 of my closest amigos are doing it BIG! We will be tailgating for about 4-5 hours (grilling burgers, drinking BEER, playing some SURVIVAL Flip Cup) Gonna be a GREAT time! I even asked for the next day off because I know I will probably drink too much, yell too much and not get much sleep since the game will probably end around midnight.
